Okay, so, for my comics class, we interviewed war veterans (from WWII all the way through Iraq) and were instructed to draw a two-page comic of their story.

This is my first one. I'll have done two by the time I finish the class (okay, so I'm behind, as the class is already done. I'll submit the other one when it's done).

This one was a pretty heavy story. The guy I talked to was an infantry Marine, and was rather quiet about the whole ordeal. I want to point out that this is supposed to be a very respectful story of his experience, and it's something that deeply impacted him.

So.... I just wanted that out there. This was pretty important to him, and I hope I was able to portray what he went through in a respectful way.
